Return & Cancellation
Our return process is simple and free of charge since we believe in offering you with the best of services.
- To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com with your order number and other details, within 2 days of receiving the package. You can also reach us at +91-9821183728 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. We will schedule the return pick-up (One Time Basis) and forward you the details.
Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing to minimize the chances of damages.
- We don’t accept returned products unless it is a damaged product.
- Return refund shall reflect on your account within 10 to 14 days.
- In all cases, the transfer will be made via an online medium and not by cash.
I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
In case if you have received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving it. Include your order number & photographs of the damaged piece. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
