Return & Cancellation
Our return process is simple and free of charge since we believe in offering you with the best of services.
- To initiate a return, email us at customercare@nostalgiahomes.com with your order number and other details, within 2 days of receiving the package. You can also reach us at +91-9821183728 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. We will schedule the return pick-up (One Time Basis) and forward you the details.
- Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing to minimize the chances of damages.
- We don’t accept returned products unless it is a damaged product.
- Return refund shall reflect on your account within 10 to 14 days.
- In all cases, the transfer will be made via an online medium and not by cash.
I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
In case if you have received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving it. Include your order number & photographs of the damaged piece. You can also email us at customercare@nostalgiahomes.com mail or call on 9821183728 from timing 10.00 to 6.00 from Monday to Saturday.- Don’t cut off the tag.
- Keep the packaging.
- Keep it in its original condition.
